除霊/Jorei = exorcism; shooing evil spirits.
退魔/Taima = evil spirit eradication; hakai or completely destroying evil spirits.
退魔師/Taimashi = evil spirit eradication specialist.
In the future, I might change Taimashi to be Shaman to differentiate it from exorcism.
